USES OF CINNAMON ESSENTIAL OIL:

Add a few drops to a diffuser or oil burner to help with colds, bronchitis, and low moods. For external use, blend a few drops with a carrier oil for a soothing massage oil to help with chills, rheumatism, and arthritis. The warming oil is also great in a bath or added to soaps and candles.

PRECAUTIONS:

Do not use cinnamon oil if pregnant. Always dilute before using on skin and never use cinnamon oil unless you have expert guidance.
